Heather is one of our favourite guests and collaborators and she’s back to tell us everything we have missed since we last hung out. Aside from being fully immersed into massage therapy after taking a hiatus from the profession years ago, she has become a business owner, co-founder of the Oshawa Wellness Collective, an educator for other therapists, and most recently- THE massage therapist for the Oshawa FireWolves Lacrosse club! This opportunity came to Heather at the end of last year and she’s still pinching herself and can’t believe she gets to do this work.
