A Capita South Africa employee has lost his Labour Court bid after being dismissed for claiming his dog, named "Hitler", was trained to bark at and bite only Black people. The court ruled his racist remarks destroyed workplace trust and upheld his dismissal, saying racism cannot be excused as a joke.
