We follow one queen, desperate for a child, as she gets help from a cool witchy woman, and then DOES THE OPPOSITE OF THE WOMAN'S SUGGESTION. She is then, of course, left to suffer the consequences of a healthy baby... and a serpent? This serpent goes un-addressed until the prince wants to find a bride. The Lindworm blocks EVERY road out of town, saying "He gets to find a bride first!" Like, three times? That's not fair! Anyway, fairytales. Finally, he is married to a woman who cares more for her own skin that his, and wow is that a good thing! Witchy woman is back with more advice for this lady, who actually follows it (ummm weird as it is? Whips? Hey now!) and saves her life... and the Prince Snake! This tale, "Prince Lindworm," is read in a soft voice with light chatter, and set to some light and soft background music. I do hope you enjoy the this evening's short story.
