Kelly has served as Deputy High Commissioner of UNHCR (The United Nations High Commission for Refugees) since 2015. In this episode Julia Gillard and Kelly discuss her 30 year career that’s taken her to conflict zones around the world. They delve into the devastating cutbacks to foreign aid spending and how that’s impacting millions of people in desperate need.
