I help leaders replace that with a honor-based approach that increases connection, strengthens relationships, and drives demand. Part of what shaped this work comes from my own experience. Earlier in my life and career, I struggled with performance anxiety, which forced me to confront how much of my focus was on myself… how I was performing and how I was being perceived. When that shifted, everything changed. I began to see that the same self-focus shows up in business and quietly erodes trust.
