While in college, Nell shifted career paths and eventually worked her way into a secure role as COO at a local family business. Through hard work and determination, she earned the title and built a successful career. But despite the stability and success, her passion for being in front of the camera never disappeared. In a bold leap of faith, Nell made the difficult decision to leave behind the security of her executive position to pursue the dream she’s had since childhood.
