Drawing from Colossians 3:22-4:1, Paul calls bondservants to obey earthly masters with sincerity of heart, fearing the Lord rather than eye service, and masters to treat bondservants justly, knowing both serve the same heavenly Master with no partiality. Mike highlights how Christ transforms work from the inside out, redeeming what sin has cursed, as we reflect Jesus the servant King whose kingdom is upside down—where service is royalty—and labor with the hope of inheriting the kingdom, building what will last into eternity. Whatever your work—parenting, planting, or spreadsheets—do it to the glory of God. May the favor of the Lord establish the work of your hands.
