The UK has neither. US should not be extraditing Americans to the UK. They are not fugitives. Some of these accusations go back as far as 2013-2015 and were already rejected by CPS at that time for lack of evidence.They had plenty of time before the 2022 accusations in Romania, which are facing a counter suit due for trial in December, to process these UK charges and have a trial.
