This episode discusses the nature of the Ceremonial Law and its significance in the context of the Old Covenant and Christ's work of redemption.

The Law of God is often misunderstood, or assumed to be a negative thing that was only part of the Old Covenant. But the Law of God is good, because it was given by God. The Ceremonial Law was given as positive law application of the first table of the moral law for the Old Covenant. It prefigured Christ's work of redemption in many ways and still serves to add dimension and texture to His saving work.
