Rachel started serving here on the Apex PRD Foundation Board and quickly realized her calling and moved into Arvada City Council and represented the 19th district of the Colorado Senate. She is active in Kiwanis among all the other things she is doing to make Colorado better. She is a Colorado Rockies fan and is raising her family right here in Arvada and we are so lucky to know her and call her our friend!
