“Grant Hardin” also known as the “Devil In The Ozarks” was a former police chief who in 2017 was convicted in the murder of a political rival in a small town in Arkansas. Upon his arrest and submission of Hardin’s DNA to CODIS, he was discovered to have been the assailant in a brutal SA of a teacher in her classroom a decade prior to his murder conviction.
