Invoking the Blood is a dark, seductive romantasy steeped in magic, vengeance, and forbidden desire. When an Anarian catches the eye of the dark prince himself and is taken to his kingdom, she must embrace the darkness within to survive, and maybe fall for the one she should destroy. This story gave off a unique view of vampires and familiars. The magic was also unique in how it was used and portrayed. We loved the tension that was build between Faye and Rune (and of course Voshki). Perfect for your spooky holiday read or if you are just in the mood for some vampire tension!
