When an exhausted parent is balancing a baby, work, and a home, small moments can quickly build internal tension, and even simple conversations may start to feel heavy. There is a way to melt the ice and return to a place of warmth and mutual support. In this episode, I explore how the pressures of the postpartum stage can affect many new parents, and how these moments often trigger deeper attachment fears inside a relationship.
