This week Brandon and I review a sample sent to us by River Roots. At the time I didn't know the details of the sample. Since the Ep I have learned what it was we were drinking. It was a 3 barrel blend. All three barrels were 11 year KY bourbon. 2 barrels were further aged in 20 year light whiskey barrels.
