About this episode

Rev. Teer Hardy discusses the assurance of Christ's presence amidst change and loneliness.

Because of the Resurrection… Change Does Not Mean We Are Abandoned John 14:15-21 May 10, 2026 Rev. Teer Hardy The disciples thought they were losing Jesus beside them. Little did they know they were being given Christ within them. That is Good News for disciples who do not know what is next and for anyone who has ever wondered, “Will I be alone in this?” Jesus says, “I will not leave you orphaned.” Not because you are brave enough. Not because you have clawed your way out of loneliness. Not because you are faithful or keep all of God’s commandments. BUT because Christ is Lord. Because Christ is risen. Because Christ keeps His promises. And because, by the power of the Holy Spirit, Christ is still with us, “to the end of the age.” Get full access to Brewing Theology with Teer Hardy at teerhardy.substack.com/subscribe
