This episode discusses the shortness of life and the urgency of coming to Christ as emphasized in Psalm 90:9-12.

Psalm 90:9-12 Man’s life is very short. We are mere mortals; we are mere dust. The pleasures of this life, no matter how well some might think themselves to be getting on, are soon gone. To state this is not pessimism; it is realism. In this psalm we are exhorted to number our days. To do so will enable us to apply our hearts unto wisdom. The wise man realises the brevity of life, and so makes his peace with God with all urgency. He sees the necessity of repenting of sin and of trusting in Christ for everlasting life. He who numbers his days, and who knows that the time is short, is the one who will live with Christ for ever more, and whose days will know no end. ********* Thank you for listening.
