For there is an elect of God which will be taken by Jesus into heaven when Jesus returns to gather the elect of God from off this earth. Matthew 24:31 And HE (Jesus) shall send HIS angels with a great sound of a trumpet, and they shall gather together HIS elect from the four winds, from one end of heaven to the other. 💥💥💥 Abraham was chosen by God to be the father of many nations. When the apostles of the early church saw God give the Holy Spirit to the Gentiles, they could trace the promise of the Gentiles back to Abraham, for God said Abraham would be the father of "many nations." Acts 13:48 And when the Gentiles heard this, they were glad, and glorified the word of the Lord: and as many as were ordained to eternal life believed. Acts 26:20 But shewed first unto them of Damascus, and at Jerusalem, and throughout all the coasts of Judaea, and then to the Gentiles, that they should repent and turn to God, and do works meet for repentance.
