As a young teenager he took his first job in the trades as a tile setter. This trade provided exposure and earning potential that created a deep love for all things construction. Tyson received his Bachelor's degree from BYU in Construction Management. Upon graduating Tyson began working in the commercial contracting industry for a large international construction firm. Over the years he worked for a number of amazing firms that helped him grow and experience many different aspects of the industry. 10 years into his career he pursued his Masters in Real Estate Development from the University of Utah and shortly thereafter opened The Will Group.
