I did it! For the past 10 weeks I have been completely ketogenic! I had less than 30g of carbs per day for 10 WHOLE WEEKS!! The textbook says that to do high intensity endurance exercise you NEED carbohdyrates, well... I just proved that wrong! In this episode I give you a short review of the marathon, how it went and how I was able to run 42.2km on a ketogenic diet! Enjoy
