We make plans for tomorrow—careers, families, success—but how often do we truly consider God’s will in those plans? In this message from James 4:13–17, Pastor Danny challenges the illusion that we control our future. Our lives are brief, like a mist, and boasting in our plans without acknowledging God’s sovereignty is both foolish and dangerous. Instead, we’re called to live with humility, holding our plans loosely and seeking God’s direction in every part of life. When we center our ambitions on Christ rather than ourselves, even our limited time becomes an opportunity to pursue what truly matters—God’s will and His kingdom.
