Being saved doesn’t mean you’re a good leader. Neither does having a title or a ministry. Good leadership takes intense intentionality, sacrifice, and work. In the book of Isaiah (chapter 60:2) it says that a thick darkness will cover the earth. Recently, in prayer, Holy Spirt told me that God was raising up leaders that would help people to Hope in the darkness. In this episode, I talk to my new friend, Bruce Roselle. He’s the founder of Roselle Leadership and author of the book, “Wholehearted Leadership: A Toolbelt for Christian Leaders.” Bruce has helped many leaders in the past 3 decades but in this chapter of his life, he feels a calling to help pastors, ministry directors, and Christian leaders become more authentic and wholehearted … so that they can help others to hope in the current darkness.
