I’ve decided 2026 is the year I’m going to get mega fit, strong and flexible. I tried my first dead hangs this weekend and think this is something I want to work on this year. My first tries were about 2 minutes. I defo could have hit 2 mins if I had seen a timer for the extra push lol. Will try and increase this next time. What’s everyone’s record at dead hang?
