About this episode
The episode discusses Wes Streeting's political ambitions, youth justice reforms, and Aaron Rai's historic win at the US PGA Championship.
Former Health Secretary Wes Streeting who resigned from the government on Thursday has announced he would like to see the UK rejoin the EU one day, as he announced he would stand in any Labour leadership contest. President Trump has threatened Iran, saying "the clock is ticking" and the country "better get moving, FAST, or there won't be anything left of them". Parents and guardians could be more likely to face harsher repercussions if their children break the law. Justice Secretary David Lammy will introduce a series of reforms under a shake-up of the youth justice system. The new BBC Director-General Matt Brittin starts his job today, but the corporation is under scrutiny following claims by former director of news and current affairs Fran Unsworth who has said she felt forced out after "bullying" from trans activists inside the corporation. And finally, Wolverhampton's Aaron Rai has become the First Englishman…
