But trying to think your way to clarity ties you in knots. As Jamie Smart puts it: You - Contaminated Thinking = Clarity. And that contaminated thinking is usually fear. Fear of getting it wrong, fear of regret, fear of being judged. The more we try to think through that fear, the busier our minds get. Clarity is not something we find. It comes to us.
