All you have to do is decide wherever you are or wherever you're at spiritually, physically, mentally, emotionally, that you can choose for yourself to have a better day. That this could be the best day of your life, that this day you can choose to do something different with your life. Whatever you're struggling with, it doesn't have to be as serious as what I've struggled with, you can choose better for yourself, and that's exactly what your Heavenly Father and Jesus Christ want for you. They want you to be happy and have a good life, and have a loving relationship, and have a family, and things like that.
