The entire system of government (govern =“control” + ment =“mind”) in America is built on employing political parties as the main public control mechanism through division. This is why a two-party system has been protected and maintained. The divisive effects of politics have become manic in the modern era, which is ensured and stoked through world-wide media. The division in America is palpable at this point, which demonstrates the effective nature of this ancient maxim when perverted to manufacture division, like a product, but this also indicates the potential power of the idea when it is not perverted, and employed to bring souls together.
