Celtics Collapse, Magic Choke, Raptors Eliminated
About this episode
The episode discusses the recent eliminations of the Celtics, Magic, and Raptors in the 2026 NBA Playoffs and analyzes the reasons behind their failures.
The first round of the 2026 NBA Playoffs delivered three Game 7 matchups in the Eastern Conference — and now it’s time to talk about the teams going home. The Boston Celtics blew a 3–1 series lead against the Philadelphia 76ers. Who deserves the blame for the collapse? The Orlando Magic also lost after leading 3–1, with many pointing to another Doc Rivers playoff disaster. And while the Toronto Raptors weren’t expected to advance, they showed enough talent to raise questions about what moves they should make this offseason. We break down all three eliminations, what went wrong, and where these franchises go from here. See omnystudio.com/listener for privacy information.
