He borrowed a scale from a baker an hour away by bicycle. He got locked inside a refrigerated semi-truck for over an hour, and no one could hear him yelling because of the wind. He loaded a pizza oven, wood, and all the ingredients onto a golf cart at 4 am with no room left for himself and pedaled alongside it into the desert as high as anyone has ever been. And then he made fresh pizza anyway.
