Irrational Deuce Is BACK... Kings 5-1?! + Westbrook's Legacy & WNBA Playoff Hype
About this episode
Deuce and Mo discuss the Kings' potential strong start, reflect on Westbrook's legacy, and hype up the WNBA playoffs while sharing personal anecdotes.
The dog days of the NBA offseason have officially arrived and Irrational Deuce is back. Deuce and Mo react to the NBA schedule release, break down the Kings' start to the season and Deuce explains why he can somehow see Sacramento starting 5-1. They also discuss whether Victor Oladipo makes sense for the Kings, the value of adding veterans to this roster and dream about what a Keegan Murray breakout season could look like. Plus, they reflect on Russell Westbrook's incredible 18-year career, Dennis Schröder landing on his 12th team in 13 seasons, the best stories in the WNBA and why the playoffs could be special. And because it's August, the conversation goes plenty of other places too, including Deuce's anti-Christmas Day NBA stance, irrational sports fandom, Whitney Houston and Mariah Carey, what's new in their lives and Deuce reflecting on the one-year anniversary of his mom's passing.
