Dylan was diagnosed at 15, having dropped 45 pounds before anyone realized something was wrong. He went from a hospital bed thinking he'd never eat sugar again to playing college basketball while managing T1D without a CGM, without a pump, and without knowing a single other person with diabetes for his first decade.
