Marie Boyle works in Snaubs Boutique in Newry, but behind her warmth, humour and positivity is a story of unimaginable loss. At just 21 years old, Marie lost both of her parents and her sister in one night. Marie shares what happened, how she found a way to keep going, and the tools that helped her live through grief, including talking, meditation, EFT tapping, energy healing, signs, faith and learning how to be kind to herself on the hardest days. This is a powerful conversation about grief, trauma, loss, resilience, healing and learning how to live again after the worst thing imaginable. Marie speaks so openly about the pain of losing her family, the guilt that can come with feeling joy again, and the small moments of grace that helped her rebuild her life. It is heartbreaking, but it is also full of light. A reminder that even in the darkest moments, there can still be hope.
