After earning her bachelor's degree from the University of Arizona, she built a career serving individuals and families across a variety of social service and behavioral health settings. With more than 20 years of experience—including two decades working within the foster care system and over 10 years on the Meadows Mobile Crisis Team—Caren shares what has kept her passionate about this meaningful work. As a proud Arizona native, Caren is committed to connecting people with the resources they need while advocating for the disability and mental health communities. She believes that every conversation has the power to make a difference, and her ability to connect with people from all walks of life has become one of her greatest strengths.
