In 2010, Kat Von D rented a house that got severely damaged in a house fire that she has always claimed was an electrical fire. The son of her landlord, who was 16 at the time, has now come out to set the record straight, claiming the fire was actually the result of Kat lighting candles and leaving them unattended. That accusation isn't completely new though, as Kat was actually sued by State Farm for almost $1m a couple years after the initial incident - and they asserted the same circumstances led to the fire. They ended up settling and a court never actually ruled on the case so it faded away without public resolution... until now. We Love the Internets: https://www.tiktok.com/t/ZTBVwhmCY/…
