He’s back! Patrick Ngongba II has announced that he’s returning to Duke for his junior year, and we cannot be more excited on DBR Bites #162. Pat’s return will have some expectations attached to it as he seeks to be one of the best centers in the country next season. Jason and Donald are excited about the possibilities as they discuss some of what might have led to his decision to stay in school and not test the NBA Draft waters. We also give our takes on what we can see from an improved Pat next season as he becomes one of the main centerpieces on offense and defense. We also dive quickly into some of the portal possibilities remaining for Duke as John Blackwell visits campus and we discuss a couple of the other forwards that Duke is considering.
