New Direct Pricing and Incentives Released On February 10th, the base prices for the 5 current DVC resorts were increased, with Disney's Riviera Resort, Disney's Polynesian Villas & Bungalows, The Cabins at Disney's Fort Wilderness Resort, and Aulani increasing to $243 per point, an $8 increase. The Villas at Disneyland Hotel also increased $3 to $248 per point. New incentives have also been announced. A $1,000 flat offer is now on the books for new members for 200-point or higher contracts, and existing members 150-point contracts. In addition, another $1,000 is available for Disney Visa holders for 150-point or larger contracts.
