And in London, an unhoused man discovered frozen to death in a Chelsea doorway remained unidentified for more than 30 years before a simple clue finally identified him... Connecting all three cases is the work of Locate International, the volunteer-led charity that revisits long-forgotten missing person and unidentified body cases using genealogy, DNA, archival research and fresh investigative thinking.
