About this episode
Chet Ingram discusses the significance of Jesus' resurrection and its impact on humanity's relationship with God.
Everything changed when Jesus rose from the dead. From the Garden of Eden where sin entered through Adam and Eve, humanity was broken and separated from God. We couldn't fix ourselves. No amount of good works or striving could restore what was lost—our identity, our relationship with our Creator. But God stepped fully into His story. Jesus, born without sin, took our brokenness upon Himself. His death paid the price we couldn't pay. His resurrection declares us righteous. Romans 5:1-2 reminds us we now have peace with God through Christ and stand in His grace. You are justified not by your performance, but by Christ alone. Your identity is restored. You belong in God's story. This is why we celebrate—death has been defeated, and we are made alive in Him. Will you respond to His invitation today?
