Should not all judges starting from lower courts to supreme court be ELECTED BY THE people like MPs, MLAs, etc FOR A PERIOD OF 3-5 YEARS & term renewed like those of people representatives & NOT BE elected by an opaque "collegium system" or kangaroo Court & SHOULD NOT all the privileges that judges are enjoying like judges of British Dynasty colonizer RULE BE SCRAPPED & ALL the privileges that judges enjoy like british colonial era judges BE SCRAPPED TOO?
