Currently, she is Co-CEO and Managing Partner of Golden Seeds, an investor consortium that focuses on funding women-led businesses. Golden Seeds has invested over $175 million in companies led by women since it started in 2005. Loretta also serves as a Board member on both corporations and non-profits, including Sanctuary for Families which supports women who are victims of gender violence.
