Alicia Rius is a leadership coach, entrepreneur, and former startup COO who helps first-time managers and founders lead with clarity, confidence, and impact. She began her career as a high-performing individual contributor before moving into project management — where she first experienced the shift from doing the work to leading it. That transition sparked a lifelong curiosity about what actually makes people effective leaders. While living in Los Angeles, Alicia founded and co-founded three ventures, including SoundStorming, where she served as COO. Those fast-moving environments exposed her to a recurring problem: talented people promoted into leadership roles without the clarity, structure, or support to succeed.
