After losing her father—a highly successful real estate developer in South Florida and Massachusetts—she started her first business at just 20 years old. Zahra later earned her contractor’s license and partnered with her father’s original business partners to build a second-generation family real estate services firm rooted in his legacy, while also carving out an identity and reputation of her own. Today, Zahra’s firm provides litigation support, property management, construction consulting, owner’s representation, and construction management services. Collectively, her team has constructed, developed, or operated billions of dollars’ worth of real estate. Their current marquee project is serving as owner’s representative and construction manager on one of the largest construction defect restoration projects in the United States.
