Dr Sei Takei explains the findings of his study that tested the force-velocity relationship for squat jumps, hang cleans, and hang clean pulls. Seiichiro Takei is a sports scientist and strength and conditioning coach at Teikyo University in Tokyo, Japan, and a coaching staff member of the Japan Olympic Committee. He competed as a member of the Japanese team at the Junior World Weightlifting Championships and has more than 15 years of experience in Olympic weightlifting as both an athlete and coach.
