About this episode

This episode discusses the uncomfortable emotion of disgust and how to overcome it with grace and forgiveness.

Welcome to Faith and Light - Glenda Coker Ministries! In this episode, we're going to talk about a strong and uncomfortable emotion called disgust. It is something we all feel at times. It can come from what we see, here, or even how people behave. Sometimes it's physical, and other times it's emotional or moral. Let's listen in. Scriptures: 1 Samuel 16:7 But the Lord said unto Samuel, Look not on his countenance, or on the height of his stature; because I have refused him: for the Lord seeth not as man seeth; for man looketh on the outward appearance, but the Lord looketh on the heart. Colossians 3:8 But now ye also put off all these; anger, wrath, malice, blasphemy, filthy communication out of your mouth Ephesians 4:32 And be ye kind one to another, tenderhearted, forgiving one another, even as God for Christ's sake hath forgiven you. Hebrews 13:5 Let your conversation be without covetousness; and be content with such things as ye have: for he hath said, I will never leave thee, nor forsake thee. We are walking this path together.
