About this episode

This episode discusses how to raise confident, resourceful, and resilient kids by balancing support and challenge.

We call this resourcefulness, and it’s one of the most important traits to cultivate in our kids. What is resourcefulness? How do we offer a healthy dose of both support and challenge to help our kids build resilience? What do you do when you see things in your kids they don’t see in themselves?
