About this episode
The episode discusses the concepts of salvation through faith alone and the example of Abraham in relation to justification.
In our first episode the of the New Year we continue to study Romans. We close out Romans 3 by examining why salvation can not be achieved by good works but only through faith alone. We are reminded of how we have no part in our justification and there is no place for boasting our works. Romans 4 starts by using Abraham as an example of how the greatest person in the Jewish nation did not achieve his salvation by his works so how could anyone else hope to do so? Only through faith and grace alone can we be saved.
