So I kept my hands firmly off the sync button this week, which is of course a healthy thing to do... but it does mean some of the blends are a touch rougher round the edges than usual… and, I’m not gonna lie - there’s a couple of full on trainwrecks in there. But the tunes more than make up for it - soulful and warm to start, then a proper roll through boogie, disco and deep funk, with Larry Graham reminding everyone how slap bass should be done. Some old favourites, a couple of curveballs, all goodness. Enjoy!
