This episode teaches kids about the importance of prayer and trusting God with their requests.

Kids will learn that a request is asking God to do or give something. God invites His children to bring every need to Him, trusting that He always hears our prayers and answers according to His perfect wisdom and plan. ⭐ What Kids Will Learn: 🙏 A request is asking God to do or give something. 👑 We pray to God the Father through Jesus by the power of the Holy Spirit. 🍞 Jesus teaches us to ask God for our "daily bread," trusting Him to provide what we need. ☀️ Joshua boldly asked God to make the sun stand still, and God answered according to His promise. ❤️ We can ask God for anything because He is good, attentive, and always does what is best. 📖 Bible Passage: Matthew 6:11 🏡 Try This at Home: ✍️ Write or pray three requests to God: one for yourself, one for someone else, and one asking God to help you grow more like Jesus. 👨‍👩‍👧 Read Joshua 10:12-13 together and talk about why Joshua was able to pray such a bold prayer. 🙏 As a family, thank God for how He provides your daily needs and ask Him to help you trust His answers, even when they're different than what you expected. 📖 Memorize the phrase, "Give us this day our daily bread," and talk about what it means in…
