Given the current plethora of crises and wrong-doing coming to light and reported across the world, we need to reflect and re-view how we Speak Up, Listen Up and Follow Up on issues raised. Generating goodwill between parties can be a powerful, facilitative and restorative force for growth, transformation and synthesis. And a means through which we can empower ourselves and others to have a voice that can be heard and used for the betterment of humanity, the animal, plant and mineral kingdom.
