In 2015, he was recognized as the NRA's Law Enforcement Officer of the Year for his heroic actions in stopping a deadly workplace attack in Oklahoma. Today, he is helping lead the NRA's continued growth and reform efforts while promoting responsible firearm ownership and shooting sports nationwide. Rocky Marshall serves as Second Vice President of the National Rifle Association and is a successful businessman, engineer, and longtime Second Amendment advocate from Texas.
