About this episode

Jeanine Amapola shares the things she has stopped caring about in her 30s, emphasizing personal growth and faith.

Okay you guys, I’m 32, I’m a mom, and there are officially some things I simply do not care about anymore 😂 In this episode, I’m sharing the things I’ve slowly let go of as I’ve gotten older—from keeping up with every fashion trend and holding onto friendships I’ve outgrown, to having the “perfect” quiet time, knowing every piece of internet drama, and putting crazy pressure on myself with fitness and food. More than anything, I’ve realized how sweet life becomes when you stop living for everyone else’s approval and start slowing down enough to actually enjoy what God has given you. We talk about protecting your peace, choosing friendships that are faithful and life-giving, letting your relationship with Jesus be genuine instead of aesthetic, and embracing a healthier, more sustainable way of living. ‼️Check out my collab with Ponyflo‼️ Visit https: ponyflohats.com and use code JEANINE for 15% off!!
